Shipping Destinations
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We deliver domestically and internationally. Overseas deliveries may require additional transit time depending on destination and local customs procedures.

Processing Time
All packages are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of your order, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

For launch week we're offering Free Shipping on all orders above €100 in Europe, UK & Ireland.

Netherlands
Shipping varies between €4.95 (small package) - €7.95 (large package).

Europe, United Kingdom & Ireland
Shipping costs €9.95 (small package) - €14.95 (large package).

Based in Amsterdam or nearby and prefer to collect your order in person? You’re welcome to pick it up at our studio, located at Rozengracht 231 in Amsterdam. Simply email us at team@elevatebyrowen.com to schedule a pick-up time, and our team will have your order prepared and ready for you.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so our team can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
